1. Shipping Information
Florentine currently offers shipping within Belgium and The Netherlands. Our shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery times are detailed during the checkout process. Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and the selected shipping method. Free shipping may be available for orders above a certain amount, and any ongoing promotions will be clearly communicated on our website.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also log in to your Florentine account to monitor the status of your order.
4. Delivery Address
It is the customer's responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery information. Florentine is not liable for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
5. Delivery Issues
In the rare event of a delivery issue, please contact our customer support team at info@florentine-antwerp.be. We will work diligently to resolve the matter and ensure a satisfactory outcome.

PICK UP IN STORE:
When selecting store pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared within 2 to 4 business days depending on the opening hours of our store. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is ready for pickup.
Orders must be collected within 7 calendar days after receiving the pickup confirmation. If the order is not collected within this period, we reserve the right to cancel the order and process a refund.
Pickup is only possible during our store opening hours:
Monday and Tuesday: Closed
Wednesday to Friday: 12:30 – 17:30
Saturday: 10:00 – 17:00
Sunday: Closed
Customers must present their pickup confirmation email at the register when collecting the order. Without this confirmation email, the order cannot be handed over.
Store pickup is only available when browsing from Belgium. Customers shopping from abroad may experience a stock error at checkout when choosing pick up in store. If this occurs, please click the orange arrow “Belgium” in the checkout and select a random address in Belgium as your current location. You may enter any valid Belgian address to proceed with the order.
